Who we are

Who We Are Not

Precision Timing

Most outbound arrives late. Cold lists, stale data, and recycled research mean you are always a step behind. We monitor primary public signals about when real need exists, and surface them before your competitors even know they happened.

When a company signs a major lease, announces a leadership change, closes a funding round, or files an expansion permit, there is a narrow window where outreach lands as a relevant observation rather than an interruption. We close that window for our clients. They show up first, with a specific and defensible reason to reach out, before competitors know the opportunity exists.

Done For You

PulsePoint is not a platform. We do not sell software and expect clients to operate it. We build the system, run the monitoring, generate the drafts, and manage the sending infrastructure. The client's only role is a weekly five-minute review of finished drafts — each one already personalized, already tied to a real signal, sitting in their queue and ready to go. They scan through, approve the ones that fit, and send directly from their email provider or from the dashboard in a single pass. We handle everything up to that moment.

This matters because most growth-stage service firms do not have the bandwidth to operate a lead-sourcing platform. A consulting firm running three active engagements needs pipeline, not another SaaS subscription. PulsePoint becomes their business development function — handling the research, the targeting, the copy, and the infrastructure, so their time stays on relationships and closes.

Human-Centered

Artificial intelligence is the mechanism, not the mission. Our mission is to help talented professionals produce outcomes that reflect their expertise and judgment rather than the limits of their bandwidth, information access, and available research time.

Every draft passes through the client's review before it reaches a prospect. Every output shows what triggered it and why it was surfaced. The system prepares the work. A person controls what goes out. We believe AI should amplify human judgment, not replace it.
